Drew D'Alelio, CT Innovations

Drew D’Alelio, Senior Investment Associate Climate Tech Fund, CT Innovations

Drew D’Alelio is helping build and manage the newly launched Climate Tech fund, CI’s new initiative to support companies in energy, mobility, food/agriculture, water and circular economy that are helping combat climate change. In his role he oversees due diligence, financial analysis and portfolio company support. Prior to CI, Drew has held various roles focused on climate change, impact investing and public policy.

Drew recently graduated from Yale with a master in business administration (MBA) and master in public policy (MPP). At Yale, Drew was an active contributor to the Center for Business and the Environment, Economic Development Club, and Energy Club, and taught courses on social entrepreneurship, renewable energy project finance, macroeconomics, ethics in public leadership and more.

Alexandra Twyman is a vice president at Advantage Capital. As a member of the firm’s investment team, she provides due diligence support and monitors portfolio companies.

Ms. Twyman received her bachelor’s degree in commerce with a concentration in finance from McGill University.

Adam Silverman, Wiggin and Dana

Adam Silverman, Wiggin and Dana

Adam is an Associate in Wiggin and Dana’s Corporate Department, where he advises mature and emerging growth companies on commercial agreements, venture capital and debt financings, mergers and acquisitions, governance, and general corporate matters.

Adam works with a range of clients across several industries, including technology, life sciences, manufacturing, media and entertainment, food and beverage, and cannabis, with a focus on advising early-stage companies. Adam also counsels clients on federal regulatory clearance of mergers and acquisitions through compliance with the Hart-Scott-Rodino (HSR) Act.

Before joining the firm, Adam was an associate at Greenberg Traurig, where he advised clients on regulatory, transactional, and litigation matters related to environmental law. Prior to that, he worked in the music industry as a manager and record label executive.

Adam received his J.D. cum laude from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where he was an Associate Editor of The Cardozo Arts & Entertainment Law Journal. He received his B.A. in English from the University of Connecticut.
