A New Business Model: Helping Socially Equitable Cannabis Farming Cooperatives Obtain Capital

Thursday, April 15
4:00 to 5:00 p.m. EST

During this webinar, we will be introduced to a new business model that is helping farming cooperatives obtain the capital they need to launch the cooperative with the final exit strategy being a sale back to the employees/new members of the cooperative.

We will hear from the owners of Roaring Glen Farms as they have worked their way through the legislature to realize their dream of having a cooperative cannabis farm helping those who have been disenfranchised while giving farmers a way to compete against heavily funded corporate America.

Roaring Glen Farms is a farm in Conway MA that has procured the first Craft Marijuana Cooperative License in the state for MA. They are using a business model that is designed to sell the memberships back to the employees after providing the initial Grower Members significant returns in the first 5 years.
