Matt Rizner
Matt Rizner is a Vice President with J.P. Morgan Private Bank who helps families and non-profits establish and meet their goals. This starts with building a deep relationship to understand not only the financial goals, but also the impact and legacy his clients want to leave. The advice covers investment and cash management, customized borrowing, complex trust and estate structuring, and charitable giving.
Outside of his day job, Matt spends his time with Inspirica, a Stamford-based non-profit to help fight homelessness, as well as at Temple Sinai with family and friends. Matt is also an active member of BioCT and CEF to support and expand entrepreneurship industry across Connecticut and Westchester.
Matt holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Vermont and an M.B.A. from Tulane University. Born and raised in Vermont, he resides in Stamford with his wife, two children, and their mini-labradoodle.

Marty Guay is the Vice President, Business Development, for Stanley Black & Decker. In this capacity, Marty looks to create value creation opportunities by working with startups, innovation eco-systems, and the entrepreneurial community. Previously, Marty was the President of STANLEY Healthcare, a global business and operating division of Stanley Black & Decker, a Fortune 500 company with a track record of innovation and sustained profitable growth. STANLEY Healthcare is a recognized leader in solutions that transform safety, security and operational efficiency for senior living organizations, hospitals and health systems.
Dr. Stein is a recognized expert in cardiovascular MRI and CT and was one of the pioneers in the global clinical paradigm shift to non-invasive vascular imaging. He currently serves as the executive leader for HHC’s enterprise imaging strategy, telehealth program, and clinical institute for advanced analytics strategy, and he oversees a grant from the state to develop a “MedTech Accelerator” within HHC’s innovation ecosystem. His focus is on delivering frictionless integrated clinical patient care and exploring innovative intersects of transformational technologies, analytics, and informatics to impact healthcare delivery.
Headquartered in Hartford, CT, CareCentrix is a post-acute care coordination company that partners with payors and providers nationwide to shift healthcare from hospitals and nursing facilities back to the patient’s home, delivering lower-cost care with improved clinical outcomes. Jon oversees the team responsible for the identification, assessment, and development of next-generation technology assets that assist in the delivery of higher-quality healthcare. Jon holds a BA in political science from Yale University.
Sherwin leads his firm’s Data Privacy and Security practice, helping organizations mitigate data privacy and security risks and manage incident response, including related litigation and regulatory compliance. As a member of the “start@Carmody” team, he also counsels start-ups and emerging companies on their privacy and security obligations in designing and launching e-commerce sites, mobile applications, IoT devices, and other technologies or transactions involving the flow of sensitive data.
